Nice house, but entering a two story house and seeing the kitchen so close to the front is not a good idea.

This is ridiculous. This layout is terrible. You step inside and the stairs right upon you. No entrance appeal. For $45 Millions crazy. Truthfully this is the worst I have ever seen in terms of layout

I feel i am going to start a youtube channel reviewing properties and be brutally honest with what you get for the price . I would call out these greedy developers without bias and if it is done right i will commend them also. The realtors know most of the properties the try to sell is crap and they cant be 100% honest. They are doing their job so I cant blame them.

Bad layout for the living room. Developers must stop putting in the cheap pastic sink in the wash room. For the price it must have built-in cabinets and sink. Next time please show the back of the property because i suspect its small

This is lovely real nice. SO!!! lets start….downstairs would just be kitchen and dining. Now that bedroom downstairs would have to be the bedroom keep it as it is And upstairs one of the bedrooms would have to be the living room. Thats how some houses/townhouse in London are done.

I love the space right throughout the unit. Is so developers to make house with space. This developer understand the assignment.

The colour of the cabinet makes the kitchen space very dark or maybe it's the camera light.

Developers/builders need to think of layout ..some thought has been put into it like storage above closet and own laundry room. However, you'll have to take your clothing through the kitchen to and from the laundry space. This could be a deal breaker for some people. Still a good price.I would have loved to see the backyard.

It’s not every unit have the view because from my house I don’t see anything. This house is same as mind we both at 1,800sq ft but this say 1,900 crazy. I like the location I like the development it’s a very good opportunity you will love it once you go In it and have a better look

Firstly, is it really 1900 sq ft? The living dining area needed more space. If you put a table in the space would be cramped. Secondly, the kitchen cupboards are way too dark and no space for dishwasher. Time to use cook tops/hobs for a more tidy worktop where gaps are left on both sides when not fitted with a stove. Thirdly, I would have liked to see the backyard as some of us prefer outdoor living in the tropics. Giving out the size of rooms is important information. What about exact map location and nearby amenities? On the positive side I do like the neutral bathroom fittings, the front yard with drive, although uncovered and we don't know if we could build own garage. The price point is average and even with the would be great to haves, I can see them being popular for a lot of people. Thanks for highlighting.

Sadly we have over 400k usd to spend but will not buy one of these. #1 they are over priced for the quality. #2 These builders are pushing these houses smaller and smaller for more money. Nah, them can keep that. The game has been played out with these. I will build my own. 45 million for that?! Sell them to foreigners.

IT'S DARK INSIDE , KITCHEN COULD USE A MORE WINDOWS, AND JAMAICAN PEOPLE WANT THEIR LARGE VARANDA, ITS A BADLY DESIGNED HOUSE. 45 MILLION NOT WORTH IT, THE BUILDERS IN JAMAICA CAN'T MATCH WHAT'S BUILDERS IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND MEXICO WITH WAY BETTER DESIGN AND MUCH CHEAPER THAN JAMAICA. JAMAICAN BUILDERS NEED TO DO MUCH BETTER.

Don't say it is not nice but the stairs shouldn't be at the front. I rather buy a piece of land and get my own design. The average working class people don't stand a chance here. That price is still a lot of money.
